Sector O-9, widely recognized as the National Police Foundation (NPF) Housing Scheme, is a mature and fully populated residential sector in Zone V Islamabad, developed along the highly commercial PWD Road corridor. Launched in 1989, the sector features multiple residential blocks with a mix of kanal and marla houses, a gated Doctors Town enclave, strong utility infrastructure, internal boulevards, and enhanced security, while offering quick access to Islamabad Expressway, Bahria Town, DHA, and one of the busiest commercial and dining hubs in the capital.
