E-12 is a new sector located near Sector E-11, on Main Margalla Road. It is easily accessible from all parts of the city. CDA is currently working quickly to develop the sector and provide various services and amenities similar to other sectors in Islamabad. E-12 is bordered by well-developed sectors such as E-11, F-11, F-10, and D-12, which allows it to benefit from the availability of quality schools, colleges, fitness centers, restaurants, playgrounds, and health zones in these areas.
